Intercatering has set up an educational project aimed at tourist industry professionals that is funded by the European Social Fund, State Budget of Czech Republic and Budget of Capital City Prague.

Project Title:

Improvement of qualifications for professionals in catering/convention services with the emphasis on communication with customers and providing professional services in response to the demands of foreign and domestic markets.

Project Timespan: 1.9. 2006 – 31.8. 2008

- New trends in service at special events
- New concept of cold meals within the context of international cuisine
- Incorporation of local dishes into food production to support exploration of foreign countries
- Management of gourmet events and working with ancillary staff for senior executives
- Esthetics and arrangement for social events in tourist industry
- Bartending course
