English lessons will be provided in a group setting twice a week with some reduction in frequency during the summer break and second half of December. The lessons will cover conversation, letter writing, specialized vocabulary and global issues.

- Training for in-house instructors

The course is targeted at particular individuals and emphasizes the correct procedure when giving a lecture or course. This course is concerned with course or training system rather than course subject.

The course aims to improve business performance when selling catering, hotel and other services.

- Communication between front desk staff and guests

The course is designed to improve communication skills of front desk staff to encourage customers to return to your business.

The course is to create professional image in interaction between waiting staff and guests while following a code of business ethics.

The course will help cooks professionally promote product image while following company culture.

The lecture will present what is new in service at special catering events.

The seminar will provide a source of inspiration when creating new cold meals.

- Incorporation of local dishes into food production to support exploration of foreign countries

- Management of gourmet events & working with ancillary staff for senior executives

The course is to help master management of gourmet events. For the most part, allocation of particular tasks & supervision, close examination of negative consequences of failure to comply with the ethical code of external professionals.

- Esthetics and arrangement for social events in tourist industry

The aim of the course is to encourage creativity in arrangement in collaboration with esthetic accessories suppliers. Introduction of unconventional materials.
